WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE CATHOLIC FAITH?
Perhaps you are not Catholic, but have been joining us for Sunday Mass and would like to know more about what we believe.
Perhaps you are now engaged or married to a Catholic and are looking for ways to unify your family.
The RCIA process may be for you!
RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a process through which non-Catholics are initiated into the Catholic faith. During this time you will receive an overview of the Catholic faith and have the opportunity to build a faith community.
For more information, call or text Bob Moore at 210-284-8079.

We recommend the Sponsor does the following:
* Build a relationship where trust can grow so that the cadidate can ask questions and voice concerns as they learn more about the Catholic faith.
* Commit to daily prayer for the person they are sponsoring.
* Be there to answer and research questions that might come up.
* Have conversations with their candidate at least twice a month (if not weekly) to discuss what is being learned and how their journey is progressing.
* Assist the RCIA director and pastor with discernment on the readiness of the participant.
* Attend Mass with them when you can and work to draw the participant into the life of the parish.
* Model holiness, sacramental living, and prayer.
