infant baptismThe Sacrament of Baptism for children who are under 7 years of age will be administered at Holy Family Church on the following dates and the baptismal preparatory classes will be offered one week prior to the date of Baptism. For more information or to register for a class and/or baptism, please submit the forms at the bottom of the page. (Must register before attending class.)

baptism: children 7 & up
If you have a child age 7 or older in need of Baptism, you and your child will need to attend special classes. If your child has not attended any previous Faith Formation/Religious Education classes in the past, they will need to be a part of our program for one year (per diocesean guidelines) before receiving any sacraments. Children this age will receive their baptism at the Easter Vigil Ceremony.
Please fill out the registration form on this page to have someone contact you with information. You will need a birth certificate for your child and your child will need to be enrolled in our Faith Formation Program. If you have any questions, please contact Bob Moore, DRE.
Please note: Godparent guidelines are under the Godparent Letter of Good Standing button (on this page). Godparents will need to attend a class and have the Letter of Good Standing form completed and turned in as well.
